Restaurant awful, view very good.
Cairo Tower的点评
点评：From the outside this building is beautiful to look at. But reader beware - inside is like a time warp.
Ushered up in a small lift you chug along as the floors slowly climb upwards.
We had dinner reservations for 8pm, we were ushered into the restaurant and seated … then we waited and waited. 40 mins to get a drink and have our order taken, guy arrived with 1 wine glass for both of us.
The wait staff stomp around, shouting and not really caring about the experience of diners inside. The restaurant wasn’t busy and they were struggling to cope.
Food arrived, I had the orange chicken, it was as dry as the desert I was in at lunchtime seeing the pyramids. My partner had ostrich which was tougher than old boots. Both dishes came with rice and vegetables.
Skipped pudding and headed up to the viewing tower which was busy but very nice to look out over Cairo at night, be warned it is very windy up there and crowded.
Coming down we thought let’s take the steps and skip the lines for the lift. Guess what? No stairs all the way down, so be advised reader you’ll be waiting for the lift down for some time. I’d hate to think if there was a fire what would happen to those stuck in the restaurant.
Would I recommend the restaurant no. Head up to the viewing tower which was good and then leave.

下楼的时候，我们想走楼梯，不用排队等电梯。结果呢？一路上都没有楼梯，所以读者朋友们请注意，你们要等电梯下来，得等一段时间。我不敢想象如果发生火灾，那些被困在餐厅里的人会怎么样。
我推荐这家餐厅吗？不推荐。先去观景塔看看，那里很不错，然后就离开了。
