点评:I went into McLoughlin's and asked if I could sit in there for a few minutes, as my bus was late and it was cold outside. The bartender said that it was no problem. I thought it wouldn't be polite to wait there without ordering something, so I asked for a glass of water. As soon as I asked for that glass of water, she looked at me like I was a piece of scum on her shoe, stalked off, got the water and slammed it on the counter top, whilst giving me filthy looks. I honestly don't understand what I did wrong here. I understand the frustration of dealing with the general public in hospitality and bartending, but this was absolutely unacceptable and so unreasonable. Really awful behaviour, when all I did was sit there for five minutes minding my own business and not bothering anyone.
