点评：Visited the Chateau on a Viking excursion. Only a short drive from their ship Radgrid on the Seine. Walked thru the front iron gates (gift shop on the left) and down a wide gravel approach to the front entrance. Main level rooms are decorated with period furnishings, but the lighting is dim. Yes, I know it was probably dim back then too, but this is now and visitors would like to see more detail plus access descriptive text which is often only in French. Yes, this is France, but other tourist venues encourage more visitors with multilingual descriptive information.
Also, on the ground level is Napoleon’s office and meeting room. A circular staircase leads up to the second-floor bedrooms. After the inside walk around leave time for a look at the garden out back and possibly the black swans. There is also a carriage shed on the way back to the front iron gates.
