Beautiful Day on a Double Decker Pontoon

点评：This was such an amazing way to spend a day. We rented a double decker pontoon with a slide for four hours and it was incredibly affordable when split between our two families! I couldn't believe it! The boat was super clean, comfortable, and easy to drive.
More than that, our entire party was SO impressed with all the customer service and workers at Edgar Evins Marina. We had to switch our reservation from a day that was going to be rainy to a day earlier and it was no problem at all, even on somewhat late notice. Then there was a nice little system of checking in and getting on the boat, getting instructions. As a high school teacher of 20 years, I was impressed by the maturity and knowledge of the younger workers helping out with the boat rentals. And last but not least, we popped in to get some Fries and hush puppies after the boat ride and were amazed at how quickly they had it ready for us so we could grab it and head back to our AirBnb.
I cannot recommend Edgar Evins enough as a place to rent a boat for a day. The lake is beautiful, calm, and has tons of little nooks and crannies to explore. We had no trouble finding a quiet spot to park and enjoy the slide and the water. Five stars!
