I ordered my dress on 27th of July 2025, the website stated it was a preorder item and it would arrive at the end of August.
The end of August comes around and I still had not received my $270 dress. I checked the website and they had chnaged the delivery date to the start of September. I emailed expressing concerns as my event was nearing and I got told they were unsure of when the delivery date would be but I can cancel my order if I preferred.
I again checked the website after my event had passed and they were still taking orders for the dress however it was nearing the end of Sepetemeber.
on 25th of September my dress finally arrived. It was terrible quaility, sizing was totally wrong - and i waited 2 WHOLE MONTHS for a crappy dress.
I sold the dress on Depop as I did not want to have to have anymore business with the SH1TTY company.
