点评:Visited in august, we couldn’t make original booking as I was feeling really unwell. No number available to phone and discuss cancellation/ rebooking, email contact only which was numerous working days for repsonse. Attended the venue and honestly cannot thank staff enough. Their approachability, friendliness and the complete ease of rebooking was second to none.
We rebooked for today and again, every staff member encountered was incredibly friendly. Even when they didn’t have to be, such as on leaving the venue they were smiley and positive.
I feel the venue itself needs a bit of a spruce up, it feels slightly dated and just didn’t feel the cleanest. Also, with receipts building up on the floor at the self service kiosks near the front door.
Maybe I didn’t see or was being a little bit dim but I felt the counter to be confusing. I waited up the top to be served but then realised
It was collection point written on the lower part of the counter. I didn’t notice any clear sign to advise to order and pay at the bar.
Granted the seating area did feel more spacious than Stafford, and I liked the difference that you could raise the middle arm rest so you had more room. However, Stafford does feel more ‘luxe’.
If you’re after fanatic customer service Telford is the place to be.
