点评：We read about the place and its purpose before we came, so we were excited to come.
I have seen some reviews that there is a very steep descent at the beginning of the route and its end and that the place is not recommended for strollers or people with limitations, and in my opinion it is also not suitable for those who are not in moderate shape at least because it is a steep and slippery descent and at the end there are a lot of stairs (something like 10 floors by foot).
We had a guide who guided 2 groups at the same time - a Bulgarian speaker and an English speaker.
She explained to the locals about the place, the background of the bears, and spoke for long minutes, however in English she said single, short sentences and it was very disappointing.
It was nice to see different bears in a forest setting
A really good experience for the whole family.
