点评：I don’t know who maintains the trail, but at the very beginning as you just send down the hill onto the trail flat that has the boardwalk with expanded metal on top, expanded metal sections are loose, and my wife caught her shoes on the flipped top panel and it sent her for a crash onto the metal which was very fortunate. She didn’t have a significant injury.
I did mark the spot with some orange survey flagging, but whoever the trail maintenance people are they need to hammer those areas down with some fencing staples.
The wood is rotten, so just be cautious in that area.
Also for people reviewing information on this trail, I wouldn’t walk it if it was wet, we hit it perfect yesterday and dry condition conditions, May 4, 2025, 22° beautiful.
We are not unfit people, but the trail is challenging in some spots, you definitely want to stay on the high side, hang onto the roots, and what not going up the hills and descending down the steep banks.
A staff for a ski pole would be really helpful.
When we arrive at the Summit on top of the rock in Seymour narrows, we saw Orca’s playing in the fast current.
