点评：Unfortunately, we couldn't do the night safari because they cancelled our tour less than 1 day before. We were already on our way from Nong Khiaw when we got the news. To be honest, it was very difficult to book the tour and get a confirmation. When we did, they told us they will send the bank details for the deposit, they never did. One reason they cancelled our tour was that we never paid the deposit... Also, on the website it is written maximum 8 people, but after that, they told us that we could join the group that booked and paid the deposit, we would be only 13 people in total (not ideal I guess to see the wildlife).
We shared with them that we were not really happy about how they treated us and they seem not to care at all. They even told us that it will be better to do it the day after, but we will pay the full price as we would be only two (at the beginning, when we booked, we would be 5 in total).
To sum up, it was a terrific experience to book, even though I am pretty sure that the tour in itself is great (we read the comments and look amazing) but we just want to share this experience so that it is not just all perfect as we would expect.
