点评：The memorial grounds are well maintained, offering a peaceful atmosphere despite the atrocities that once occurred here. Upon arrival you will receive an audio guide headset which is included in the admission price. The audio narration is excellent. It is well scripted and allows you to move at your own pace, allowing you the opportunity to take in the various sights and stories. Accounts by survivors and eyewitnesses bring the atrocities to life in a moving and sensitive way.
Take your time to move around the memorial site. Sit under the shade of a tree to listen to the narration, stories and music, visit the museum and watch the documentary. I felt physically ill when I learned of some of the brutality carried out at this once tranquil area. To think that it happened not so long ago, it makes me incredibly sad. The victims will remain in my thoughts and prayers.
This is a must for all travelers to Cambodia, in my opinion
