点评:Visited The Druids Temple first time nine years ago, then again yesterday 17th July 2026,On my Motorbike with my friend riding pillion,The Roads to get here are narrow, and theres often loose stones(pebbles)in the middle of the roads,so Motorcyclists and Cyclists Beware plus if you dont set your sat nav you could easily get lost as there are very few signs for The Druids Temple or the Swinton estate until you get close by.When you go up the main drive signs direct you to go left towards the car park and cafe but it looked Very bumpy so we drove straight on up a tarmac road to a tiny parking area where other motorbikes were parked(We didnt pay for parking)if you park your vehicle in the main car park and stay all day then Okay pay the suggested £4,if you only plan to stay an hour or so,pay what you can or what you feel is ample. There are nice footpaths with trails for families with small children and there are small motion activated speakers that play nursery rhymes etc.The Temple itself although well built for the period is small and a bit of anti climax. There are some different walking routes through the woods, and also some lovely looking wooden cabins that you can hire out.
