I've visited wacky twice in the past week, and both visits have been absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant, and my children especially had a brilliant time—which, as any parent knows, makes all the difference.
On both occasions, Jen stood out as exceptional. She was incredibly accommodating, highly professional, and very knowledgeable. What really impressed me was how approachable and friendly she was—exactly the kind of person you hope to meet when you're visiting a place with young children and aren't quite sure how they'll behave. She made us feel at ease immediately, chatting with us and offering help without hesitation.
Honestly, Jen is the main reason we came back so soon. I had stopped coming to wacky for a while, but her warm and professional manner has completely restored my confidence in the place. I’ll definitely be returning—and bringing friends along too.
