点评:I recently visited Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga with my family & friends, and unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing.
After standing in the queue for almost 3–4 hours, we experienced very rude behavior from the volunteers. There was no consideration for senior citizens, children, or infants—people were being pushed without any sensitivity.
Omkareshwar is one of the Jyotirlingas, and devotees visit with deep faith and respect. Unfortunately, there was a complete lack of discipline in the arrangements. There were no fans or drinking water facilities on multiple floors, which made the situation even more difficult.
I visited with my 65-year-old mother and my 5-year-old son. They had to stand in line from 6 PM to nearly 10 PM, and even then, we were not able to have a proper darshan.
I sincerely request the administration to improve the system by introducing separate queues for senior citizens and children below 10 years of age. Additionally, ensuring basic amenities like drinking water, ventilation, and proper crowd management is essential for the comfort and well-being of devotees.
