Needs a management shakeup, I hate to say it but it's true

点评：Lovely little hut with great potential, but we felt it was let down by what we consider to be poor management of the facility. The manager had to carry most of the food up the mountain from the parking place on his back. Most huts install a small cable car to haul supplies. The staffing structure relies on volunteers, which I have some experience in working with and managing, and this model doesn't suit a business which needs to cater for 12-15 people who want to get out on the mountain in the morning, or eat a meal on time. Our meal was at least 30 minutes late (the food was ok) and breakfast was a disaster - the coffee was poor and took 20minutes to make (how is that possible?). I wish I could say better things but in the interest of improvements it's best I speak honestly.
It's a great stopping off place for Via Ferrata Bepi Zac (although you might want to stay higher up) and we will remember this Rifugio for the rest of our days. We had some wonderful conversations with the other guests.
