点评:I have just returned from a day with Penny and Dragan at the Artisan Bakery School. It was totally enjoyable from arriving at 10am to freshly made doughnuts by Penny, sharing GF sough dough pizza for lunch, right through to arriving home with vast amounts of delicious bread and treats. Penny was a brilliant teacher, who guided us to bake a huge assortment of loaves, alongside sharing tips and life experiences. Dragan was hugely charismatic and assisted with preparing our freshly made pizzas for lunch and keeping us supplied with tea/coffee. I felt hugely privileged to be welcomed into their home, as if part of their family and I've left with a huge amount of knowledge and I'm now inspired to bake my own bread to sell on my market stall.
