点评:I did Penny and Dragan's sourdough course in October '25 and had a fantastic day. They both provide a wonderful, warm, homely setting for a great course and a really enjoyable day baking, learning and enjoying some delicious, freshly made pizza. Coming away with a starter and an armful of different loaves is an added bonus, and the online course that is accessible after the day is invaluable.
I've been in touch with Penny and Dragan since the course and their continuing support and encouragement is yet another bonus. I've attached a couple of pictures of my recent loaf which is not quite perfect but I'm making progress and we're enjoying the products of baking. I thoroughly recommend the Artisan Bakery for all who want an enjoyable and delicious day baking and/or those on the quest to make the perfect sourdough loaf!
