点评：I have not been here since I was a kid so because it was really hot so I thought let's go. This place was going to be closed by the council to save costs but it was given a reprieve after public pressure.
Anyway it was £8.50 on the gate but a £1 cheaper on line through a website you have to jump through hoops to get through. I gave up and paid cash.
The big pool is all you can use. There used to be a seperate toddlers pool but I kid you not, this is now used for dogs to use for paddling. Yes dogs!
The big pool seems grotty. Lots of dead flies floating and black flecks which I think come from the surrounding grotty concrete floors which don't get cleaned. This extends to the changing rooms where despite having a shower you traipse on grotty floors to get changed. I counted 6 lifeguards, yes 6, who obviously think it's beneath them to clean floors. When I was a kid this place used to be really good with a grass area too which is now gone. It just seems dated and grotty now.
