点评:I had done my research ahead of time, and I really waffled on whether or not I should visit's Tut's tomb as a result. Ultimately, I decided I would always wonder about it if I didn't, I think that's probably the best reason to go.
It might be the least impressive tomb in the valley, and it's 15 USD. So it won't break the bank, but it's pricey for what you get. The cool thing is that Tut is in there--though I personally felt disturbed to see people taking selfies with the mummy. A replica of the outer sarcophagus is there too (with the real one moving from the Egyptian Museum to the Grand come July 2025). There's really only one wall with any depictions because the tomb was constructed hastily, but it is immaculate, so that part is cool. I would have been more impressed if they had included replicas of the tomb as they found it, with more funerary items in it.
So, should you do it? It really depends on your values. If you need to satisfy your curiosity (as I did) or if you're a huge Tut fan and really want to see his mummy, then I say yes. But definitely temper your expectations.
Also, depending on your health, this might be one of the more accessible tombs. The entryway doesn't require much crouching (or none if you're petite like me), and people with mild joint issues are able to do it. It's not as narrow as the others, so it's more claustrophobia friend--though as always, use your own judgement about where your comfort levels are. I included a video for people who are worried about this.
