Smalls Falls的点评
点评：We used to come here often over the last thirty years. A lot has changed. There used to be a spring here you could get water from in the center of parking area. I did not see the spigot this visit. The spring water would stain our clear water jugs because of all minerals in the spring. Also the water level of the Falls was extremely low. In the past there was very little gravel area by the falls that was visible, and the pools were deep enough for the brave to jump off the high ledge on the right. No jumpers noted this visit, as a jump would end tragically.
This was the first time I was able to take my Honey here to share my old memories. The Falls are still beautiful but noticed not as maintained by the State as it used to be. Appears to still be a popular rest stop, as several families with children arrived when we stopped. Areas to park and picnic after wading in the cool water. Definitely worth a visit and if you are up for a hike there are hidden pools higher up.
