One of the two best museums in Africa
巴杜博物馆的点评
点评：We visited the Bardo Museum as part of a tour for about $50, a driver, no God, no meals no entrance fees. We went to Carthage, Sidi Bou Said and the Bardo Museum. I strongly recommend booking this kind of tour because the Bardo museum is inconvenient to reach on your own.
The museum was much better than I expected. In fact it was wonderful. Very much a world class museum with a fantastic collection of mosaics.
The museum started as a palace and it was very interesting to see this beautiful palace inside of the museum. They’re also had been a shipwreck 2000 years ago that was found in less century. The wreck was full of our treasures which are now in the museum, mostly statues.
I cannot recommend this museum highly enough. But if you went on your own from a cruise ship you’d probably be paying a fair amount for the taxi so best to do it on a day tour.
