点评：My partner and I have stayed at The Malvern Spa around seven times now, and every single visit has been exceptional. From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel welcome — always polite, attentive, and consistently going above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and offer great value for money. The overall atmosphere is one of calm and luxury without any pretension. The pool area is a real highlight – beautifully maintained, with friendly staff regularly on hand to offer drinks and keep the area spotless.
The food at the restaurant never disappoints. I’ve had one of the best beef burgers of my life here, and the quality and consistency of the meals are always top-tier. Everything is cooked to perfection, and the dining experience complements the relaxing vibe of the spa perfectly.
Spa treatments are consistently excellent too – the therapists are professional, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. The relaxation room is a thoughtful and peaceful addition, and it really helps you switch off completely.
A special shoutout to one of the managers, Ollie, whose sense of humour and warm personality always make us feel like valued guests. He genuinely enhances the experience and is a credit to the team.
We’ve enjoyed every single stay at The Malvern Spa and will continue to return — it truly is our go-to place for a relaxing escape.
