点评：We have Been here since Friday and asking about the same problems in our “ premier cabin“ which everyone tells us we’re on it but no one ever does anything. We have the cabin with the restrooms which you would think would be a pretty awesome thing. But if you got no hot water the entire time and no one looks into it even after multiple request You start to wonder is the upgrade really worth it? We stayed here last year kinda like the same thing, we have nothing like the chairs and the table they talk about were nonexistent in our cabin. There’s no mirror in the bathroom. There’s no towels there’s no toilet paper all of which we’ve expressed to the “staff“ But no one has addressed any of our concerns. We get the” I’ll get right on it” every time. This is my second year here in the cabin and I rent two every year to bring friends. I think this is my last year and as everyone fades away so will the throttle unless they get their stuff together. I love Michael, Angie, Jessie, the whole crew, but I’m not gonna be that guy to take it in the nehind each year for loyalty. Crack the Whip guys, I’m still here with no hot water in a “Premier Cabin”. I have asked the maintenance 2X, the front desk lady 1X. It’s insane to be at this point on day 3 of the rally. Full throttle always seems to be the one trying to pull everything together the last minute, just like the bridge, and it seems the attitude of the help here is do enough, so nobody complains about anything missing and as long as they don’t do that everything‘s good. Not the case provide what you advertise And make your clients happy. That’s what I do every day.
