点评：Have been coming to this company and been booking boats (day and week holidays). I booked the sunride 2 for a full day but on arrival one if workers asked for a Sercurity’s deposit of £250 as we was a single sex under 25s, I was like weird as they have never asked for a deposit in the past,. The guy said that they have had this policy for 8 years but me and my mate, same group as every-time I’ve booked a boat from these guys I’ve never needed to, even my dad didn’t recognise this policy. One of the workers on Saturday the 19th April 2025 said to me are u going to pay the deposit or not, I said yes I will be but just waiting for my dad to pay, during that time waiting, the worker got really mouthy and started arguing with us, the other worker was like, “why would you even book a f*ing boat”. After that I said I wanted to speak to your manager as I thought this isn’t right. He got heated and refused for us to get a boat completely out and we had to go to a different company for the day. The manger wasn’t that helpful with sorting the issue out even tho I would say I’m a loyal customer, he said that he would have to take the workers side but was apologetic regarding this. Over all they have good boats and service. Just don’t go when it’s busy in the morning and remember “expect the unexpected”. Not the best picture but this is the guy
