点评：Worst experience ever. The Rep (“Sexy Chocolate” he calls himself operates out of the Bahia Principe Luxury Ambar) insisted on partial payment by cash, partial by credit card to pocket the cash and only wrote up the portion paid by credit card - I should have seen the red flags there. We were called at 8:00 am the day of the excursion to reschedule as the sea was too rough. Later we were told the sea calmed down, everything was fine and we were proceeding. We even told them I have a bad back and asked if the boat ride would be bumpy - was told everything was fine. Turned out the sea was so rough I got motion sick for the first time in my life throwing up the whole time. While we were snorkeling we were being thrown all over by the current. Despite passengers pointing out to the boat captain the storm clouds rolling in we pushed on instead of turning back. We got caught in a torrential storm beyond anything I could have imagined. The ride back to the resort was anything but safe! They should have stuck with their original plan to reschedule the trip but didn’t and had zero concern for our safety or making the excursion enjoyable. My back has been throbbing since the excursion. When we got back to the resort the Rep saw us drenched and just turned away. Worst excursion and excursion company I have ever dealt with.
