Terrific aquarium with terrifying staff

点评：A beautiful aquarium, worth visiting, with the worst personnel ever.
The staff at the entrance where engaging in a fight and were shouting at each other, significantly slowing the process. I approached one staff member at the barrier showing my online tickets, they replied I had to cue anyway to enter. I went back and when it was finally my turn, I was told by the other member of staff that I should have gone straight to through the barrier without cueing. When I mentioned this to the person who told me to cue, they sneezed on me and did not apologise at all. In general very rude staff inside too. At the gift shop, I had to wait to pay my purchase because BOTH the clerks seemed to be engaged in preparing a tea for themselves, and they were way more worried about their teapot than about their visitors.
