点评:Horrible venue that punishes customers by providing no service. First it took 97 minutes to get through the line to get into venue. They had just one security tent that held up the entire line for hours. Have more workers at check in to avoid this huge line for hours. Then to get a drink took another 45 minutes since they had just one guy and most stations closed. Where are the workers? Finally got to seating area and asked for help to get to my seats since we already missed the first 20 mins of Cyndi Lauper. There were 2 girls standing and talking and just pointed over there. These employees were not helpful - please send them to alcohol line next time. Lots of managers walking around but not one of them helped out to address any issues. Managers could have pitched in to help in so many ways. In summary, I will never go to this venue again. I hope whoever made the decisions to not hire enough workers, not have enough drink or food stations open and to Not address any issues lost a huge amount of $ last night. Every customer shared their frustrations - we had 97 minutes to hear new and prior customers share their horrible experience at Toyota Amphitheater last night. This place could be so much better! - Hire new management.
