Disability Access, Excellent Customer Service

点评：A perfect example of customer service and hospitality. I visited the cinema recently to watch Jurassic park with my disabled mum. I booked tickets for the circle, in MY ERROR, I didnt notice that the lift access was wheelchair only. I contacted the cinema and they were so helpful, they gave me two options to change our seats to the stalls or they would allow us in early so we could still sit the circle. We chose our original seats in the circle. When we arrived the staff were so kind and helpful. They didnt treat us as an inconvenience in any way, they offered mum somewhere to sit and a glass of water. The staff are lovely, we chatted to a few of them as the theater was being cleaned from the previous film. Once the film was over, there was no rush to leave, even though they were closing. Which I thought was really lovely. The pricing and facilities were excellent but the best thing for me, is how they treated my mum.
