点评：Thank you Viviana, Chiara, Ingrid and the rest of the team at Planeta Noto for a really enjoyable wine tasting and superb lunch. Chiara was an excellent host for the tasting and brought the wines to life with her descriptions and explanations of the processes and the tastes and noses. Before lunch was served, we tasted three organic olive oils from the estate accompanied by bread, tomatoes and some of the almonds grown on site. The lunch that followed was beautifully cooked and presented and accompanied by more wine from the estate. Shipping from the estate shop was very easy and at a reasonable cost. We can thoroughly recommend a wine tasting and lunch at Planeta Noto.
We stayed at Casa Sparse, in one of the houses on the vineyard. It was a simple house with a bed, bathroom, seating area and well stocked with food to make a good breakfast. Sitting in a deck chair front of the house with a view of the vineyard and a glass of wine was a real pleasure. When the office and shop closed for the day, we had the whole vineyard to ourselves and could watch the sunset in complete peace and quiet.
