点评：This is not worth any type of drive. I called ahead to see if we would be okay with 3 adults and 3 toddlers. Twins almost 3 and our daughter almost 4. They said it was great for kids. We waited an extra 20 min for the tour to start. We stayed towards the back because of the kids but they never bothered to ask others to move up in the line so we couldn't hear anything from the back still inside the store. Which is fine. Inside the tour guide thought it was funny to just shut off the lights without saying anything. Again okay but scary with little kids. Handled that no problem. When we went to see the football sized opening that was mined out. The tour guide went on and on trying to build up turning the lights on. We went to the corner away from everyone. But it was so dark a gentleman knocked over my son trying to get to the rail. When I went to pick him up I tripped over my daughter and fell backwards. It was a huge noise because everyone’s helmets fell off. The tour guide never came over . When the lights finally came on. I was bleeding my son was bleeding. But my daughters face was scraped up and a mess. Bleeding everywhere. Crying. Everyone left and I was trying to look at my daughters injuries. The tour guide acted like nothing happened and went on with the tour again never coming over and this is with three toddlers bleeding and crying. We just wanted to get out of there. When we left the girl at the cash register said oh did she fall and offered a dry paper towel. Despite the accidents and even if the tour went smoothly it would be deeply underwhelming. A serious waste of money and time.
