Bad service from satff

点评：Visited yesterday. Very disappointed. Wanted to sit out the front was told reservation only, which is fine but the whole time we were there, there was no one on this table that we had ask to sit at. We ended up sitting out the back which was swarmed with wasps must have been a nest somewhere. We ordered food and drinks via the app. We did the lunch deal 2 course for a set price. When the lady brought our drinks out she said do you want your puddings with the mains or after, I said after please. We had finished our mains, no one came to check if they was okay or if we needed anything during our meals. 30 mins went by since we had finished and staff were bringing other drinks / food out to other tables but not taking our plates away. I went into the bar and said we are ready for our desserts now which waitress said okay I will bring them out shortly. Another 10mins went by I had to go in again and say we was ready for desserts. Another 10mins and we decided we couldn't wait any longer so up and left. Annoyingly we had already paid on the appt. So we didn't get the dessert we had paid for. Very disappointed with the service. Won't be back.
