点评：It is hard to describe True Nature because it's so all encompassing with all the offerings. Simply stroll the beautiful compact grounds and experience a labyrinth, foot reflexology path and spin the prayer wheel. No matter your beliefs this is an oasis of calm and joy.
I'm a local and I have an unlimited month membership for yoga because all the instructors are phenomenal and each offers a different style and approach. I love going. No matter my attitude when I arrive, I truly feel better when I leave.
I can't say I've experienced the spa but given the quality of yoga instructors I'm sure your spa experience will be memorable.
The Cafe has fantastic organic salads, soups, smoothies and baked goods. Lovely tea house type area to dine and outdoor tables as well.
The Boutique is my go-to for special gifts for myself and others, including children. So many unique and personal items it's hard for me to pass through on the way to yoga without pausing or purchasing.
Can you tell I love this place?! Consider a donation as it's one of the best non-profits we have in Carbondale.
