African Experience的点评
点评：African Experience handled our tours and transfers during our stay in Cape Town.
Shawn provided our airport transfer from Cape Town Airport to Franschhoek, as well as our transfer from Latitude Aparthotel back to the airport. Ryan guided our half-day city tour, full-day Cape Point tour, and half-day Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden tour.
Ryan was particularly helpful in rearranging our city tour to accommodate the weather conditions. We visited Bo-Kaap with him and felt completely safe throughout the experience.
Although we made several attempts to adjust our schedule, we unfortunately were unable to visit Table Mountain because of unfavorable weather during our four-night stay in Cape Town.
The Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden tour was added at short notice, and Ryan gave us an excellent walking tour of the gardens. He introduced us to many native plants and birds, making the visit both informative and enjoyable.
During our Cape Point day trip, we were fortunate to spot ostriches and elands. Ryan also proactively reserved a table for us at the Cape of Good Hope restaurant, allowing us to enjoy lunch comfortably while avoiding a period of heavy rain. At our request, he also arranged a stop at a shop selling aloe-based products.
Both Shawn and Ryan were patient, friendly, and accommodating throughout our time with them. Ryan even tried to help my friend make a last-minute purchase at Atlas after she became fond of their macadamia nuts, although the shop had already closed. They also shared local South African expressions such as “now now” and “just now,” giving us a light-hearted introduction to local culture and communication styles.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service provided by African Experience. Ryan and Shawn helped make our time in Cape Town enjoyable, comfortable, and memorable, and we would gladly recommend them to other visitors.
