点评：From the moment we stepped into Duc Minh Custom Tailoring, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel more like guests than customers.
A special thank you to Minh and Hà, who made the entire tailoring experience truly memorable. Throughout our visits, they constantly offered us chilled bottled water and wet wipes, always greeted us with warm smiles, and never once made us feel rushed even when our alterations extended beyond the original schedule. Their patience and professionalism never wavered.
I was especially impressed with Minh, who took my measurements. Despite the only reference I had being a blurry Pinterest photo, he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. He patiently explained every detail from the ideal suit length, collar styles, and blazer back slits to the overall fit ensuring I understood the options before making any decisions. His attention to detail and willingness to share his expertise gave me complete confidence throughout the process.
What truly touched me, however, was their thoughtfulness beyond tailoring. They even offered our driver, who was waiting outside for us, a chilled bottle of water without hesitation. On another day, when it suddenly started raining, one of them rushed out with an umbrella to escort us from the car so we wouldn't get wet. These may seem like small gestures, but they spoke volumes about the kind of people they are.
To me, the quality of a custom suit is important, but what I value even more is the warmth and sincerity of the customer service. Minh and Hà made every interaction enjoyable and personal, and it's clear they genuinely care about every customer who walks through their doors.
