点评：As I reach a really grand big milestone in terms of chronological years & decades(5.5 on the 22nd June) & unexpectedly in the form of receiving a random gift of a message from the Divine / Universe to 'invest in yourself' (thank you, Universe:-) & naturally being a post menopausal female of a certain age now with ahem the physical symptoms that highlight the lack of lack of estrogen, naturally ie hello dehydrated sandpapery skin etc. 💯 I thought it would be a good timely opportunity to support a small, local independent gem of a Stirling Community business enterprise that was established in 1976!
And I'm so glad I did, the Stirling community are so very fortunate to have this specific independent community based on their doorstep, always a pleasure and a joy to support a good community based business enterprise 💯💗
Service was exquisite and exceeded expectations, thank you! 💖
Unfortunately, can't say the same for the tea to promote eye health, just say it was an acquired taste but you live & learn, good to know for future reference if anything 💯
Currently challenging myself for 3 months with a summer experience ingesting only raw fresh plant based dietary lifestyle choices(love summer fruit & food in general:-) thus just one way to stay motivated and accountable hence why I'm sharing(also taking responsibility for the priceless gratitude gift of proactive health to not rely on external supportive factors so much in that independent autonomous way)🍓🍒🍋🟩🍌🫐🫒🥑🍅🥝🥭🍇🍈🍉🍊🍏🍎🍐🍑🍒🥒🌶️🌰🫚🧄 💯

可惜的是，这款茶对眼睛健康并没有同样的效果，只能说它的味道需要慢慢适应。不过，吃一堑长一智，以后或许可以参考一下💯
目前我正在挑战自己，准备用三个月的时间体验只吃新鲜植物性食物的夏季生活方式（我超爱夏天的水果和各种美食:-)），这也是我保持动力和自律的一种方式，所以我才分享出来（同时我也在为这份无价的健康礼物负责，这份礼物让我能够积极主动地维护健康，而不是过度依赖外部支持）。🍓🍒🍋🟩🍌🫐🫒🥑🍅🥝🥭🍇🍈🍉🍊🍏🍎🍐🍑🍒🥒🌶️🌰🫚🧄 💯
