You can observe the silkworms, the cocoons, and the whole process of turning them into silk thread and eventually into fabric. It was so fascinating to watch up close.
One of the best parts is the chance to have a custom piece made just for you. They take your measurements and offer a wide range of fabric choices. I ordered a custom polo and the quality stunned me. The fact that they can finish it within about three hours after fitting is so impressive. If you prefer convenience, they also offer delivery to your hotel for a small additional fee.
The shop also displays art pieces made entirely from silk. Every piece is handmade with so much detail. Some of them take one to three months to complete and you can really see the dedication behind each artwork.
There are plenty of silk items for sale too. From neckties to dresses to suits, you will not run out of choices. I ended up taking home a silk shirt and scarf as gifts.
