A fun and unique afternoon out exploring the farm and tasting chillies

点评：I went with my Dad to go on the Chilli tour and tasting for two.
We both had a fun time taking part in the tour. Our leader Shaun, was so knowledgeable and you could feel his passion and love of chillies as he was showing us around the farm and showing us all the different types of chilli that they grow, which was so astounding regarding how many varieties there are both in the world and what they can grow.
The tasting we did at the end was certainly a highlight. Trying the different sauces they make, as well as the ones they sell made my other local chilli sauce makers was wonderful since all of them had different levels of heat and flavours although be warned, the further you go along, the hotter they get.
It is the same when we tried the different peppers like the Pink Peach Surprise, red chilli, green chilli and Carolina Reaper, which again, will make your mouth hot and burn. Thankfully they provide milk for you to drink to help deal with the after effects.
We had a wonderful time and even ended up buying some sauces to take back home.
If you love chillies and want to learn more about them whilst having a unique and fun day out, then I heartily recommend coming here.
