点评：My family was on vacation Sept 2025 for 2 weeks in Cape Hatteras. We did some surf fishing and decided we wanted to rent a boat for a week to fish in the sound. The only place to answer their phone was Charlie's Boat Rentals. They gave us a great rate because we rented for a week and couldn't pass it up. The owner's son delivered the Pontoon Boat right near our rental house. It came with a 75HP motor that started up on a dime each time you turned it over and ran smooth. The boat came with everything that you would need to be safe and enjoy your time in the water. They maintain their equipment very well and put safety ahead of everything.
We had a couple days of bad weather where there was a small craft warning and you couldn't take the boat out. When we were ready to have them pick the boat up, the owner graciously told us to keep the boat until the end of our trip! You just don't find this generosity in business today, it's always about the dollar. Not here, it was about making the customer happy and then some!
We had a timing issue when the boat was ready for pick up and we couldn't get it to the marina near by. Without blinking an eye, they went out of their way to get the boat at our rental house and took it to the marina. Again, they went overboard to make the customer happy.
If you are in the Outer Banks, and want to enjoy a boat for a day or longer, go no further than Charlie's. They put the customer first and have the best rates in town.
