点评：I've read some of the other reviews complaining about noisy doors and floor boards mm it's noisy heavy footed customers with no respect for others. We smiled as the cupboard couldn't rest against the wall and yes the floor wasn't level but it's 900years old and full of history.
It's a castle NOT a hotel. I've stayed in palaces and luxury hotels. Only stay if you enjoy history. As a retired senior caterer for many well known people I feel there's massive potential in areas . Well done to the present family owners and yes I'd love to own it. Such untapped potential. I love the castle. Cleaning and other bits can be improved. Take a torch and don't be negative if you love a 1000years you'll be needing a walking stick and kindness.
