点评:This company really stinks.
I had purchased tickets for a 11/21 2pm showing of Wicked as a surprise. My partner could not make it and I entered the nightmare of trying to get a refund or credit. Web site says easy refunds but they are lying. I purchased the tickets on line but not through the app, so I am unable to get refunded that way. No one answers the phone when you call. Site also says go to the theatre (which opens at 11am on the website) for refund. So I drive to the theatre and it's not open! I wait and knock for 10 minutes (in the rain but that is not their fault) Finally the general MGR comes to the door saying he can't help me and they are not open and that I have to call the theatre for refund after 1pm.
It's crazy that the web site offers no direct way to ask for refund, credit. Then list that they are open at 11am but really not open till 1pm!? What a runaround. So I'm out $30 because I'm tired of chasing this apathetic company.
