点评：My husband and I visited AZIENDA AGRICOLA MARINO in July 24 and it was the absolute highlight of our week in Italy, by far.
We booked a 3 course meal along with wine pairing. We expected to be in part of a group for the tour and food but we were met on arrival by the wonderful Justine and Lorenzo and apart from one other lady we had a private tour explaining the whole process of the wine making to us.
After our tour we were brought to a gorgeous dining room which had a huge banquet table that was set beautifully for us to eat at. The most gorgeous Italian lady, whose name I cannot remember but was also part of the family welcomed us and gave us a briefing on the food which she herself was going to prepare for us.
We were served a fantastic meat and cheese platter with olives and breads, tomato and buffalo mozzerella salad, the most amazing pasta with courgettes and a sausage and broccoli dish with fried chillis.
I cannot emphasise how good the food was, by far the best we ate for the week we were in Italy .. and we had some amazing food.
The different wines were paired beautifully with each course and Justine explained everything in a simple manner.
We enjoyed the chat with everyone after our meal and felt so very warm and welcome in this beautiful place.
I cannot emphasize enough that this was the number 1 highlight of our trip to Italy. If you are staying within a couple of hours drive from this vineyard you will not regret spending a few hours here. Thank you to all at AZIENDA AGRICOLA MARINO for your exceptional hospitality and for making our trip to Italy so special.
