点评:This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff member operating the teleferic was extremely rude, unfair, and openly racist towards me and my family. We had been waiting patiently for an empty cabin, but when it was finally our turn, he completely ignored us and instead allowed people who came after us (just two individuals) to take the entire cabin. My family and I, simply because we are Arab, were forced to keep waiting while others were treated with priority.
This was not just unprofessional, it was blatant discrimination. No family should ever be treated this way, especially when they are paying customers expecting fair and equal service. Instead of enjoying the experience, we left feeling humiliated and disrespected.
I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially families or people from diverse backgrounds. The management should be ashamed and take responsibility for the behavior of their staff. Tourists deserve better than racism and unfair treatment.
