点评：We went for the kayaking on Sunday. I would definitely say DON'T book here if you are expecting a well-organised and personal experience. There is no way of knowing how many people are booked onto the activity. In this case, when we arrived, there were another 60+ people. It was chaos and really poorly organised, a bit like herding cats. We were supposed to start at 10 am and were asked to arrive by 9.30 am. Unfortunately, we spent the next 90 minutes waiting for the activity to be organised due to briefings and a lack of preparation. We were stood in the hot sunshine waiting for the staff to get their stuff together. Finally, we got into the kayaks and our small group managed to get away from the screaming, noisy, chaotic throng and paddle out in front of the main group. This is when the activity became enjoyable. The river is beautiful and the scenery is stunning between Miravet and Benifallet.
I tried to give the feedback to the staff at the end, but they weren't interested in hearing it and just said, "It's Sunday in August, what do you expect?". I expect that you should be able to communicate and not assume that people are psychic. A simple counter on the website that tells you how many people are booked into the activity would have been helpful. That way, we would have the information we needed to make a decision and we would not have chosen to participate in such a large group. So, finding out when one arrives does not give you the chance to choose an alternative because it's too late.
I guess at some other time in the year the experience may be different, but it was not what we would've chosen had we known. Other providers limit the amount of people in a booking, but not Beniemocions.
