What a disaster at Hotham to welcome the Families as they started their school holidays!!!!

点评:Since being a regular Hotham skier over 10’years ago, I was excited and inquisitive to be returning for 4 days last week.
The Arrabri Lodge was a delight to spend my stay, with French manager, Maggie a gem.
The first two days were spent mainly at the lodge due to inclement weather.
However, Friday was a delight with perfect blue sky conditions - allowing the limited area that was open to be enjoyed to the full till an hour short of last lift, as conditions softened and became very challenging.
Looking forward to more good conditions on our last day - WHAT A SHOCK!!!!!!!
It seemed the Resort had decided to do the minimum of grooming to welcome the incoming families at the start of the holidays.
DISGRACEFUL - for such an expensive holiday, I can’t imagine how the resort put so little effort to prepare the resort for the host of incoming holiday makers.
I’d love to know if the Resort had any good reason not to give their customers the conditions they deserved??????????

度假村似乎决定在假期伊始就对迎接新来的家庭进行最低限度的维护。
太丢脸了——对于如此昂贵的假期,我无法想象度假村怎么会如此不费力地为即将到来的度假者做好准备。
我很想知道度假村是否有任何理由不给顾客提供他们应得的条件??????????
