Roosevelt Campobello International Park的点评
点评：4. highlights of our visit to the Rockefellar Estate were:
1. having lunch on the porch of the Prince Cottage cafe and
2.getting the free tickets for the afternoon tea @ 3:00 for the 1 hour very impressive & informative talk about First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt's contribution to history!
3. Listening to an amazing pianist play old tunes on a beautifully resinant piano from the late 1800!'s
4. Driving the carriage roads to some of the hiking trails that leasd to stunning ocean overlooks!
The lunch at Prince Cottage may seem expensive, but the food was truly superb! The portion of fish chowder was enough for 2 people if you order the main course version, otherwise you can get it in a cup. Chicken salad with apples and cranberries on a croissant was delicious! As were the bagels, cream cheese, salmon & capers! We had enough left over for "to go bags" for dinner!
