点评:Our last stop in the Flinders Ranges but our least favourite because it felt the most touristy and commercial. We still enjoyed our time here and the hike through the valley of gum trees up to where you can peek into the Pound. Sadly, we didn't see any quolls but we did see an echidna and some wallabies. We treated ourselves to a stay in one of the safari tents which was definitely cosy, especially during a cold and rainy night, and the cosmetics were amazing (they sell those at the reception!). But if you're familiar with African safari tents, it felt a bit bare for the price. It was also a long walk away from the restaurant. The restaurant had zero atmosphere, neither for breakfast nor for dinner and staff wasn't particularly forthcoming, but the food was decent. They have a big camp shop with all sorts of supplies and a good information desk where you can book tours etc. Sadly, we didn't have more time to explore the area more but I think I would rather stay at Rawnsley's Park or somewhere else where it feels less commercial and crowded.
