Once upon a time top tier now, substandard service and facilities

点评：I’m writing this in the hope that it will change something. I have been going to this beach for 25 years. These past three years has seen a steady decline in facilities, equipment and service but this has now gotten out of hand. This is a beach with a 120€ entrance fee for two people. Examples: Miniature umbrellas that are wrinkled like they shrunk in the dryer stretched beyond their service life. Ripped aging cushions that have not been changed in years maybe 20 years old, the actual sunbed has been painted over with varnish erratically. People regularly tripping over floorboards protruding on walkways, Service by kids just out of high school. Clients huddling around them listening to excuses and arguing amongst themselves on the walkie talkies about customers in a derogatory fashion like no one can hear them. It was all together way too substandard and lackluster. We spent approximately 200$ there for 2 two coffees two bottles of water a fruit salad and an açaí bowl. A neighboring couple was complaining and they were trying to gas light them like they were crazy. We jumped in politely on supported them only to hear an essay of excuses. Do not go near this place if you have guests.
