I’d go somewhere else until they can fix their sanitation issues.
Camelbeach Outdoor Waterpark的点评
点评：The rides and pools were nice and staff was generally helpful but the bathrooms and changing rooms were completely disgusting, dirty and unacceptable. The smell in the bath was so strong it was unbearable, there were overflowing toilets with feces and toilet paper left on the ground and spreading around in water - all day as no one was checking on or cleaning. There was no hand soap in any of the multiple bathrooms for men or women. I asked an employee near the pizza shop about soap and he shrugged and said we might have some hand sanitizer. But my question is, if no bathrooms have soap, how do customers and kitchen staff WASH THEIR HANDS? The changing rooms were so dirty, I changed my son by a bench.
I go to loads of waterparks and I expect water will be on the floors, it’s normal. But standing filthy water, debris and lord knows what is not ok. We never saw staff around checking on or cleaning at all. They have to do better with sanitation.
Food wise things were ok, but there are very limited options for a vegetarian. The Mac and cheese we ordered from the food truck area was cold, the pizza we got from inside was tiny four little bites, the waffle kiosk waffles were so sweet it was headache inducing never mind the way they dumped chocolate syrup and sprinkles all over so messily, lastly, the Italian ices tasted bad and artificial.
The good- the lifeguards were fun and helpful, working hard and attentive.
