点评：A visit to Mount Congreve Gardens is worth it at any time of the year but it is really special when the magnolias and camellias are in flower. The display defies description. It is well worth the admission fee.
The gardens offer a number of different walks, each with a particular focus. The main woodland walk takes about 1 hour, more if you stop to enjoy the various vistas along the way. The walled garden is a different experience, with more or less going on depending on the season. A few hours will pass without difficulty and you will get your daily exercise.
The site slopes down to the river and it is a woodland walk, so you need a reasonable degree of agility.
The coffee shop is well worth a visit. The prices are reasonable and the food is good. It can get very busy at lunchtime (and service slows), so pick your time appropriately.
There is plenty of parking on site and Mount Congreve is very easy to get to from Waterford if you fancy a cycle along the Greenway.
