点评：Was looking forward to a nice day on the river with a group of about 20 people. My family and I have been coming to raft at this location for over 20 years.The staff at Kittatinny chose to put a few small groups on before us, although we arrived before the small groups. Upon getting up the river, the staff would only give us four rafts for a group of 20. We explained to them some of us aren’t together and that we would like one more raft for the $1,100 we paid. (If booking separate they would give it )They would not give us another raft. The river was extremely slowly moving on the day we took our trip, causing us to arrive back at the base at 6:25 instead of 6 o'clock. Kittatinny actually had the nerve to charge our credit card an extra additional $225 for the inconvenience of being 25 minutes late. Although it does say it in the contract we would be charged if arriving after 6:00. We feel it was unfair they put a group on the river before us that arrived after us. We called management and it took over a week to even get a phone call back . Management was extremely rude and not understanding of the situation. After all the wonderful years sadly will not be returning . There are other places along the river we will
