Flight 93 National Memorial的点评
点评：My wife and I visited the Flight 93 memorial on our recent trip to Western Pennsylvania. The memorial is well designed and moving. It is visitor friendly with access to the sight and to the visitor center. The visitor center is laid out well and gives a good presentation of what happened on September 11, 2001. I found the visitor center very moving, especially the recordings of passengers leaving phone messages for their loved ones.
The memorial at the site of the crash is tranquil and respectful of the passengers who lost their lives that day. The symbolism in the details is throughout the memorial and really well thought out. We drove down to the site, but there are some beautiful trails you can walk from the visitors center to the site.
This place is an important location of American history in the middle of rural Pennsylvania; I recommend a visit.
